Thank you for purchasing a product from our store.
First and foremost, please remember that all items sold on zen-vibe.com are handmade with traditional methods of craftmanship. They may thus sometimes contain some defects.
If you notice that the item you ordered is defective upon delivery, send us an email as soon as possible with photos of the damaged item attached with your order number so that we can improve the quality of our deliveries. You will be entitled to a 100% refund.
In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to notify us by email within 30 calendar days of your item’s delivery date. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it in and undamaged in any way.
After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
If the product is damaged in any way after you have used it, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
